Today is the official release date of The Paleo Kitchen. George and I have been creating this cookbook and waiting to share it with people for over a year now and we could not be more proud of how it came out. The book is full of over 100 brand new paleo/primal recipes with a picture for every recipe, tips and tricks to starting paleo and keeping with it, along with tear out pages to put on your fridge with helpful hints to keep your produce lasting longer.
Today we are starting our book tour in my home stomping grounds of Colorado. I was raised in Golden, CO, went to college in Fort Collins, CO, and now live in Denver, CO. I guess you could say I absolutely adore Colorado. Because I seriously do. So we decided to start the book tour for The Paleo Kitchen in Colorado then move our way through the west coast.
Tonight we will start off at the Tattered Cover in Highlands Ranch! And I will be bringing some cookies and brownies from the cookbook! So head over to 9315 Dorchester Street, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 at 7pm to visit George and I, pick up a book along with a little treat and ask any sort of questions you have!!
